Coteford Infant School

Breakfast Club is part of the wrap around provision provided at Coteford Infant School and was primarily started to support working parents. It is also providing a structured, calm start to the day for our vulnerable children. Staff work hard to make sure that the atmosphere is calm, safe and enjoyable and that children are provided with a nutritious breakfast and drink before starting their day at school. Breakfast club starts at 7.45am. 

Admission criteria

1. Priority will be given to working parents.
2. Where there are spaces priority will then be given to children identified as vulnerable by the school (this may include, safeguarding, pupil premium and special needs.)
3. Children who are facing difficulties with attending school.
4. All other children.

Usually there are spaces for all children who would like to attend.

Attendance

Places should be booked by the Friday of the week preceding the sessions that are needed.

Working parents are able to block book a term in advance.

Payment

Payment will be revised annually. For 2023/2024 the cost will be £3.00 a session, rising to £4 after the Easter break,  and will include breakfast.

Parents booking in advance for a term will be expected to pay for each half term in advance. There will be no refunds for sessions not attended.

Parents booking weekly will be expected to pay when the booking is made.
